2.How to buy chairs online?
        

Choose the products >> Click add to cart button >> Input the quantity of the chairs you want to buy >> Choose the color of the products >> Check out >> Input your shipping information and billing information >> Choose Payment method >>  Pay >> Done

3.Do I have to be a member to buy online?

  No, you don’t need to. Simply add the item you would like to purchase to cart, input your delivery and payment details and then check out.

4.How to pay? Is a company purchase order acceptable ?

   Payment method: 

  • Pay by credit cards including Visa card, or Master card.
  • Pay by Paypal. Please click on paypal as the payment method. 
  • Pay by cheque, please send to Richland Group Ltd.

  • Company purchase order is acceptable. Just order on the website and choose bank deposit or cheque as payment method, which means the payment can be done after you receive the order confirmation by email. The order confirmation can be used as an invoice.

All the prices showing are GST inclusive for customers in New Zealand. We are a New Zealand GST registered company.

6. Do I need to pay taxes if the order goes to Australia?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

7.What is 7 days no questions asked Return policy?

We offer 7 days no questions asked return service. Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition. Any item returned in used condition or abused in any way, will not be accepted. The customer in New Zealand can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the products with no questions asked. The customer will pay for the return freight.

8.What guarantees and warranties are there?  

We offer twelve (12) months warranty on parts from the date of purchase.    This warranty service will not apply:

  • If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations contained in the operating instructions provided with the product.
  • If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed. 

9.What will we do if we want to return the products?
        
Contact Chairsonline.co.nz by email 
richlandnz@gmail.com to report that the item will be returned, enclose the online order number and date. We will reply in 24 hours (working hours) and confirm with the returning address.   The customer will pay the return freight. Please read Return policy for more information.

10. How long does it take to deliver the product?

The delivery within New Zealand and Australia takes up to 3 ~ 6 working days and 5-10 working days to the Listed Asia countries, as well as USA, UK and Canada.

11.How to install the product?

Our products are packed in boxes and easy to assemble. Chairsonline is not responding for installation. All the products come with an
Assembly Instruction in the box. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you one by email. Friendly reminder: never touch the small pressurized tach on  bottom of gas lift. Always use a rubber hammer to disassemble parts and question us any time when you need help.

12. How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to change the color or style of an item on your order, which has been sent to us, please send an email to
richlandnz@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can try our best to replace you order if the goods are not delivered then.

13. How much will it cost to deliver my ordered chair(s)?

  • NZ$19 per item for North Island
  • NZ$35 per item for South Island and Waiheke Island
    (The shipping cost may vary from time to time)

14. Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Including USA, UK, Canada, and some Asia countries.

 15. Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please contact us for any inquiries of wholesale.
