Chairsonline.co.nz is an online chairs shop. We only sale our products online so our customers can buy high quality chairs with lowest price guarantee at any time.

2.How to buy chairs online?

Choose the products >> Click add to cart button >> Input the quantity of the chairs you want to buy >> Choose the color of the products >> Check out >> Input your shipping information and billing information >> Choose Payment method >>  Pay >> Done

3.Do I have to be a member to buy online? 

No, you don’t need to.

4.How to pay? 

Payment method: 

  • Pay by credit cards including Visa card, American Express or Master card online.
  • Pay by Paypal. Please click on paypal as the payment method.

5.Is the price including GST?

The New Zealand Dollar price set includes New Zealand GST.The Australian Dollar price set excludes Australia GST.

6. Do I need to pay taxes if the order goes to Australia?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
 
7.What is 7 days no questions asked Return policy?

We offer 7 days no questions asked return service. Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition. Any item returned in used condition or abused in any way, will not be accepted. The customer in New Zealand can return the product within 7 days from the date of the purchase with no questions asked. 20 days for the customer outside of New Zealand. 8.What guarantees and warranties are there?  

We offer twelve (12) months warranty on parts from the date of purchase.    This warranty service will not apply:

  • If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations contained in the operating instructions provided with the product.
  • If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed. 

9.What will we do if we want to return the products?
        
Contact Richland Group Ltd by email or fax to report the faulty product.       
Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase, or provide the online order number and date. Please send all faulty parts and warranty related items to Auckland service department,  Agility, 9 Richard Pearse Dr. Mangere, Auckland. Contact person: Craig Mollar. Contact phone number: 64-9-926 4882, 0064-9-926 4880. Please do not send anything to our PO Box as this may cause delays with your warranty issues. The customer will pay the freight.

10. How long does it take to deliver the product?

The delivery within New Zealand takes up to 2 ~ 5 working days and 5~7 working days to most places of Australia. 

11.How to install the product?

Our products are packed in boxes and easy to assemble. Chairsonline is not responding for installation. All the products come with an
Assembly Instruction in the box. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you one by email. Friendly reminder: never touch the small pressurized tach on  bottom of gas lift. Always use a rubber hammer to disassemble parts and question us any time when you need help.

12. How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to change the color or style of an item on your order, which has been sent to us, please send an email to
service@chairsonline.co.nz as soon as possible. We can try our best to replace you order if the goods are not delivered then.
 
13. How much will it cost to deliver my ordered chair(s)?

  • NZ$10 per item in Auckland region.
  • NZ$29 per item for North Island
  • NZ$39 per item for South Island and Waiheke Island
  • AU$59 per item for Australia.

We do ship internationally.

  •   15. Do you do wholesale?
    Yes, we do. Please have browse wholesaler store and contact us if any questions. The minimum quantity is 80pcs of each model and the delivery time will be 8-12 weeks.
