Shipping Information

International Shipping

Dear Customer,

 

We aim to provide you with an excellent, fast delivery service.

All orders go through three stages:
1.       Funds are debited and the order forwarded to our Dispatch Department. 
2.       The goods are picked.
3.       The order is dispatched by one of the courier companies.
Richland Group Ltd always process your order on the same or next (working) day that the payment received! The time of delivery takes up to 5 working day within New Zealand wide and 10 working days to Australia.

Shipping cost to NZ, Australia and some other countries 

  • NZ$19 per item to North Island  (Delivery time: 2-4 working days,)
  • NZ$35 per item to South Island and Waiheke Island  (Delivery time: 3-5 working days)
  • AU$59 per item to Austrilia  (Delivery time: 3-6 working days)
  • NZ$159 per item to Hongkong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea,  (Delivery time: 5-10 working days)
  • We also ship to other countries.Including USA, UK, Canada. The postage will show up once input delivery address
  • Please contact us to get the postage if your destination is not included
    (The shipping cost may vary from time to time. Chairsonline reserve the right to update the postage any time)

 

These are generally delivered Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. Though we cannot guarantee the day of delivery, we will endeavor to follow your instructions and if possible notify you if we are not able to. Please do not leave instructions for the couriers on your door, as they are unlikely to be carried out.

Missed Deliveries

If you do miss the delivery, you will receive a notification card in your letterbox and you will need to call the couriers and arrange for redelivery. There is no charge for the second attempt, but they will not attempt delivery after the second attempt without additional payment. Failing that, the products will be returned to Richland Group Ltd with a charge to pay. Please try to avoid this happening as unfortunately, you may have to pay a 'returned product' courier charge and you will also have to pay for postage of the products back to you again. Note: PO Box numbers cannot be accepted for delivery addresses.  

Please note:

In some countries, customs or local authorities may charge levy duty or customs handling fees, we cannot accept any responsibility for these charges.

The shipping fees could vary from time to time depending on the charge of the courier companies.
